Being Mindful of Your Time as a Woman Kingdom Entrepreneur
In today’s whirlwind world, it’s easy to get swamped. Between business, family, and life, who has time to breathe, let alone pray? Yet, staying mindful of our time is crucial to not letting Satan sneakily sidetrack us from our time with the Father.
1. Seek First the Kingdom: Jesus said to “seek first the kingdom of God” (Matthew 6:33). It’s like making sure you get the biggest slice of cake at the party!
2. Set Boundaries: Schedule prayer and reflection like you would a VIP meeting. Because, guess what? It is. No double-booking with Netflix allowed!
3. Be Still: Psalm 46:10 says, “Be still, and know that I am God.” Sometimes, the best solutions come when you stop trying to Google everything. (I’m talking to myself here)
1. Prioritize Tasks: Start your day with a clear plan. Your todo list shouldn’t look like it’s auditioning for a reality TV show. If you know me you know I am Queen of List!
2. Delegate Wisely: Recognize you can’t do it all. Let others take the load off your plate. Because let’s face it, juggling is for circus performers. This isn’t your circus, not your clowns!
3. Set Boundaries: Draw a line between work and personal time. Just like you wouldn’t let your phone conversation with Mom overlap with a business call.
4. Embrace Flexibility: Be ready to adapt. Life can throw curveballs faster than a three-year-old can make a mess.
5. Self-Care: Recharge your batteries. Remember, you can’t pour from an empty cup—or survive on caffeine alone!
Dance like no one is looking!
Balancing your time isn’t just about managing a schedule; it’s about keeping your spiritual and mental health in check. By prioritizing God, delegating, and taking care of yourself, you can run your business more stress-free and keep everything that matters in focus. And hey, adding a bit of humor or taking a frequent dance break never hurts!
I Thessalonians 5:16-18 “Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”
